The quality of your mindset determines the quality by wich you experience life.
This walking meditation invites the mind to get fully present with a simple yet very effective breath flow, that you can practice where ever you might take a stroll.

Staying in the present moment through out by keeping your breath in the flow state of breathing in through your nose with four short intervals, and exhaling with four short intervals through your open mouth.
Think about something in your life that makes you smile, listen to your surroundings and off you go 🙂

These 12 minutes will prime yourself to respond (versus react) with more choice and freedom, and to enjoy your evolutionary progress with clarity and calm.
